Organization Purpose

Core objectives of the center include:

• Deliver 500-800 Mn AED business impact through a series of use cases/ AA projects executed in collaboration with the BU’s

• Instill a data driven culture across ENBD by building organization wide capabilities in advanced analytics

• The CoE will act as an enabler to the BUs to deploy advanced analytics models to drive smarter decisions across different domains. It will act as a guiding light to BUs to ideate on what’s possible with advanced analytics, help them prioritize these ideas, and pilot and productionalize them through cross-functional AA squads.

• It will house highly skilled data scientists, data engineers and other digital talent that will be an integral part of cross-functional squads that execute AA projects.

• The AA agenda is a high visibility and high priority initiative for ENBD group. AA CoE will be governed at ExCo level, including impact tracking, a ringfenced budget & performance management

• he effective management of leads and campaigns across offline and digital channels within Retail Banking AA Use Cases is essential to capture the value from opportunities identified by the go-to-market process.

• With the stabilization of the Use Cases, campaign and lead management efficiencies need to be fully harnessed and optimized across stakeholders including business, marketing, multi-channels & CIE.

• There is thus a need to have greater focus on the Performance Marketing arena through regular and centralized campaign and lead performance tracking and optimization.

• Campaign launch pre-work and coordination with CIE and marketing to ensure testing , timely launch and allocation to sales team

• Timely and accurate campaign performance reporting

• Coordination with sales team and deriving insights from the campaign outcome

• Use Case Campaign Calendar: The individual is responsible for ensuring process discipline across the campaign execution team within CIE through monitoring execution of defined campaigns as agreed by the business owner’s requirements. The resource will provide on-going support to Business Analytics Partner (BAP) and work with CIE team on campaign set up and launching campaign reporting for various campaigns across use cases.

• Marketing Campaign Pre-launch Set Up & testing in Siebel CRM: The job holder is expected to work with channels & CIE team to set up campaigns in CRM, test forms and sales funnel ensuring thorough testing before campaign launches. In addition, work with BAP to develop sales scripts and guide development of training and marketing materials.

• Campaign Performance Reporting: Post campaign launch, the job holder would be responsible for providing regular on-the-ground support and co-ordinate actions to maximize the success of campaigns. This would include tracking daily leads performance across all campaigns. He/she will work closely with sales team to monitor sales performance of these initiatives.

• Lead Management Support – Supporting BAP in defining, setting up of assignment rules, escalations, and testing on CRM. This also entails working with CIE in developing a lead performance dashboard to promote visibility of the quantum of leads across channels and their effectiveness. In addition, reviewing lead performance with BAP to refine lead assignment strategy.

• Qualified Sales/Product understanding with previous experience (minimum 4-5 years) in the Banking / Financial Services industry

• Should possess good knowledge of Banking products & transactions and have solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and customer acquisition.

• BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field

• Excellent communication skills with emphasis on ability to influence and lead others, strong data analysis skills, able to work tight deadlines

• Working software knowledge to include all MS Office products including advanced skills in Excel , SAS, Siebel, OBIEE
